Giàbar Bistro

Named and modelled after founder Marco’s first restaurant in Italy, this wine bar, nestled in the pulsing heart of Poho you will be welcomed as a friend or neighbour as soon as you walk in.

A selection of delicious bites, generous plates of antipasti prepared to order, or savoury dishes, are ideal accompaniments to the large selection of CAPO exclusive Italian wines. The long bar and a few tables allow patrons to share the flavour packed dishes prepared by Chef Leo.
